- We provide a fully managed housekeeping team, including housekeepers/cleaners, checkers, on-site managers, and regional managers to oversee quality and performance. Where appropriate, we can also facilitate TUPE transfer of your existing staff, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Direct on-site management of all housekeeping staff
- Godfrey Group App, a time-stamped reporting system for real-time task tracking
- All cleaning materials and equipment, including chemicals, radios, laptops and scanning devices
- Supply of staff uniforms and PPE
- Recruitment, company induction and on-site training (to BICSc standards)
- All employment costs covered: wages, National Insurance, pensions and holiday pay

We provide full changeover cleaning, deep cleans, linen services, and restocking of essentials across lodges and static caravans.

Can you handle high-volume changeover days?
Absolutely. Our scalable teams are trained for peak check-in days, ensuring quick, thorough turnarounds.
Do you supply linen and consumables?
We are not a linen supplier, but we can manage your linen inventory, collection, and distribution as part of a full housekeeping package. We provide all necessary cleaning chemicals and equipment, and can supply consumables such as toilet roll, bin bags, and paper products upon request.
Are your staff trained for hospitality standards?
All our team members receive training in like with the BISCs standard, attention to detail, and customer care.
How does the pricing work?
We charge a fixed price for each clean we complete. Therefore as your occupancy fluctuates, your pricing will directly reflect this
What happens to my current team?
We complete multiple TUPE transfers per year, so your staff will continue to work on your site, and their T&C’s stay the same.
